Individual therapy offers a safe and supportive space where you can share openly, gain clarity, and begin creating the changes you want to see in your life. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, helping you tap into your strengths while developing new tools for healing and growth.
What to Expect
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and begin setting goals together. Many clients leave even their first session with a sense of relief, new insights, and practical strategies they can begin using right away. Over time, you’ll find therapy can bring deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of empowerment in your everyday life.
How I Work
No two people are the same, so therapy with me is never one-size-fits-all. I draw from several evidence-based approaches and tailor them to what fits you best, including:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): to reframe unhelpful thoughts
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): to build skills for managing emotions and relationships
CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy): to support trauma healing
ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based techniques as needed
